Our company was established 1997 from very humble beginnings. Since then, Embroidery Oasis evolved from its roots as a small, home based business. The owners are quite proud of our exponential growth, and can attribute it to only one thing…satisfied clients - most of which have been with us for several years.

Fred Tilley, the founder of Embroidery Oasis, is an entrepreneur with over thirty-four years of prior experience in the automotive parts remanufacturing market. His involvement with this enterprise now represents nearly a half-century of participation in local commerce. Fred is well regarded within the St. Louis community for both his business acumen, and upholding high ethical standards in those dealings.

Fred operates Embroidery Oasis with his son, Matthew Tilley. Until joining the family business, Matt charted his own course for several years within public service professions. He brings a diverse range of experience to our company, serving first in the United States Navy “Seabees” and then as a municipal police officer. Matt now thoroughly enjoys working in the private sector, particularly- helping our clientele bring their creative ideas to life.
